We are currently recruiting for our Clinical Psychology and Interprofessional Fellowship for the 2024-25 training year and for our 2-year Neuropsychology Residency for the 2024-26 training cohort.
Our APA-accredited fellowships offer rigorous clinical training and excellent didactic opportunities. Prospective applicants from diverse groups and/or who are underrepresented in the field of Psychology are especially encouraged to apply. Our fellowship programs are committed to promoting awareness of, and respect for, cultural and individual diversity with the goal of preparing fellows to become culturally-informed providers of mental health care. To achieve this goal, our training program works to create an inclusive environment where individuals of diverse backgrounds are welcomed and valued. Our program also incorporates multiculturalism, recovery-oriented approaches, and a biopsychosocial emphasis to ensure that diversity is fully integrated in the training experience. Additionally, we have a longstanding Diversity Committee at CAVHS that is comprised of mental health professionals devoted to educating, monitoring, and furthering our awareness, practice, and outcomes as related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
