Position Overview:
We are seeking a well-rounded and empathetic Life Span Psychologist to join our growing team. This position involves conducting comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments, as well as providing individual, couples, and family therapy. The ideal candidate is skilled in working with diverse populations, fluent in evidence-based interventions, and aligned with our values of integrity, service, and whole-person care.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological, developmental, psychoeducational, and diagnostic evaluations across all age groups (children, adolescents, adults, and older adults)

Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy

Prepare integrated psychological reports with diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations

Collaborate with team members and community providers to ensure coordinated care

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards

Participate in clinical case reviews and ongoing training

Optional: Participate in biofeedback/neurofeedback services and training
Qualifications:

Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology

Licensed (or license-eligible) in the state of Florida

Strong foundation in lifespan development, psychological testing, and therapeutic intervention

Experience with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilities, Mood Disorders, and Dementia preferred

Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

Training or experience in PCIT, ACT, CBT, or MBCT is a plus

Comfortable integrating faith-based perspectives into care when aligned with client values
