Psychologists will receive a $10,000 sign on bonus in addition to a starting salary of $100,000.

As a Psychologist at Bowen Center, you bring your fiery passion for psychology to the center to contribute to the health and healing of our patients in a variety of ways. You will review and approve diagnostic impressions and treatment plans. You will play a key role in providing psychological testing for a diverse population of patients. You will support, supervise, and inspire pre-doctoral staff in training. Bowen psychologists are also able to do therapy as part of their daily practice.
Bowen Psychologists enjoy the variety in their daily tasks and the opportunity to be part of a large community of psychologists. This community element allows to consult with other providers and connect over shared experiences. Additionally, you will be energized by your involvement in the supervision and professional development of pre-doctoral students.
Our roots are in community mental health with a strong focus on caring for marginalized and underserved populations. We are proudly trauma informed in our care. Bowen has also expanded its reach with FQHC status (Federally Qualified Health Center) and we are now proud to also serve the physical health needs of patients. With this comes the excitement and opportunity to serve patients in a variety of new ways. Bowen is doing innovative things with providing brief treatment, both in session length and duration of treatment, in addition to more traditional treatment options.
Bowen practitioners consider themselves generalists that practice across the life span and across a wide range of diagnoses. Due to the organization’s size, there is also opportunity for specialization, whether it be in a certain age range or area of interest. Some psychologists enjoy offering CEU eligible trainings through Bowen’s accredited training department. The opportunities to contribute in ways that are meaningful to you are endless!

Salary (based on experience): Starting at $100,000
Sign on bonus: $10,000 ($5,000 upon hire & $5,000 at one-year mark)
Relocation reimbursement: Will reimburse approved invoices related to relocation cost up to $7,500.

->As a State-Of-the-Art Healthcare Organization and a Federal Contractor Agency – we require all individuals who join Team Bowen to receive a flu shot and COVID vaccine to further protect our staff and the patients we serve. There are options for exemption applications, but approval is not always guaranteed.

Licenses & Certifications
- HSPP (Health Service Provider in Psychology) in Indiana
- Will consider license eligible in Indiana while holding license in another state with continued employment depending on HSPP licensure within 6 months of hire.
