Modern Mental Health is a nonprofit (501c3) mental health practice located in West Lafayette, Indiana. It is our mission to provide and expand quality mental health services to the greater West Lafayette community. We are

With our proximity to Purdue University, we see a significant number of both undergraduate and graduate students, as well as university faculty and staff, while also serving the broader community. Many of our clinical
staff specialize in therapeutic work with college students and LGBTQIA+ populations, as well as in psychological testing/assessment across the lifespan. MMH provides a wide range of therapeutic and
psychological services, including individual therapy, group therapy, psychological assessment/testing, and outreach/consultation, addressing a wide range of presenting concerns.

Overview:
This position is a full-time, one-year appointment (2000 hours), typically starting in August. Our fellowship is aimed at providing strong generalist training to recent graduates who are seeking supervised hours toward
state licensure. This position involves 65% direct service (approximately 26 hours per week), 25% support activities, and 10% other activities.

While the focus of this position is providing therapy, there may be opportunities to provide psychological assessment and gain additional training in this area. Support activities include individual supervision (2 hours
per week), weekly group supervision and didactic training (1 hour per week), and staff meeting/case consultation (1 hour per week). Other support activities may involve providing supervision to practicum
students, participating in practicum selection committees, delivering didactic training, engaging in program development activities, and collaborating with community partners. In addition, MMH will provide up to 4 hours
per week devoted to EPPP and licensure preparation or independent research.

Qualifications:
Completed PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited institution. Completion of an APA-accredited internship and all requirements for doctoral degree must be completed prior to the
beginning of position.

Compensation and Benefits:
$65,000 annual stipend/salary. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (50% of the premium paid by MMH). Short-Term Disability and Term Life Insurance paid by MMH. Optional 401k contributions (no employer contribution).
