C.06.f.24 – Didactic Satisfaction Surveys

Frequency

Interns complete a Didactic Satisfaction Survey on each presentation topic during didactics as defined in the Didactic Training “Expectations and Attendance” section.

Minimum Levels of Achievement

NPTC looks for an average of 4 (Agree) on items within the didactic satisfaction survey when reviewing results of the satisfaction surveys. Historical performance and comments provided on the surveys are also taken into consideration when determining the outcome of a presenter or topic.

Process and OutcomesDidactic Satisfaction Surveys are completed via webform and collected by Training Support. These forms allow the interns to provide helpful feedback on the usefulness of the subject matter and feedback on the presentation to NPTC staff, which is then compiled and sent to the presenter and Regional Training Director to review. Scores and comments provided on the surveys will help determine NPTC’s decision to contract with the presenter and/or continue to provide that training topic for future training years. Problematic feedback regarding the content or professionalism of the presenter during a presentation may be reviewed and investigated further as needed by members of the Administrative Office and discussed directly with the presenter as appropriate.
