Interns complete the Alumni Survey one year post-internship graduation.

NPTC has a goal of 100% response rate for interns one year post-graduation as well as the following goals for the following individual questions:

Average Rating of 3 (Average) on Professional Development feedback questions

  • Score of “Average” or Above on “Feelings of preparedness for post-doc.”
  • Score of “Average” or Above on “Feelings of preparedness for post-doc compared to other NPTC interns.”
  • Score of “Average” or Above on “Feelings of preparedness for post-doc compared to interns from other programs.”

Individuals fully licensed two years post-internship.

Process and Outcomes

This form is an important part of the APA accreditation process. This provides interns the opportunity to provide feedback to the program one year post-internship to see how well prepared they felt post-internship. NPTC reviews the feedback for any trends and/or areas of continued growth for the program. All data is provided to APA during the annual reporting process as well as the self-study when appropriate.
